- Preheat the oven to 300 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Separate the eggs, placing whites in one bowl and yolks in another.
- Then beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Next, mix the yolks with cream cheese, shredded cheese, salt, and baking powder until smooth.
- After that, gently fold the yolk mixture into the whipped whites using a spatula.
- Spoon the mixture onto the baking sheet, forming six rounds.
- Finally, bake for 20 minutes until lightly golden on top. Let cool slightly before serving.
