Ingredients
  

  • 4 large eggs separated
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 300 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Separate the eggs, placing whites in one bowl and yolks in another.
  3. Then beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  4. Next, mix the yolks with cream cheese, shredded cheese, salt, and baking powder until smooth.
  5. After that, gently fold the yolk mixture into the whipped whites using a spatula.
  6. Spoon the mixture onto the baking sheet, forming six rounds.
  7. Finally, bake for 20 minutes until lightly golden on top. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Handle the batter gently to keep it airy. Small variations in cheese will slightly change flavor and texture.
